This 50 50 blend whiskey was matured in ex bourbon barrels and new heavy char oak barrels. This maturation process imparts rich cinnamon and fresh orchard fruits on the nose with vanilla and clove on the palate and a warm, dry finish. Perfect served neat or in your favourite whiskey based cocktail.
